Access policy and costs

Make sure you’re visiting a lounge on the same day you travel on a KLM-operated flight or an international SkyTeam-operated flight. Depending on your travel class and Flying Blue membership level, you might have to pay a fee to access the Crown Lounges.

Free access

Are you travelling in Business Class? Visiting our Crown Lounges is included in your ticket.

Flying Blue Platinum and Gold members and SkyTeam Elite Plus passengers can visit the Crown Lounges as well. They get to bring 1 guest free of charge.

Access at a fee

All passengers can access our Crown Lounges at a fee. You’ll pay EUR 50 for entry to the Schengen Crown Lounge or EUR 65 for the Non-Schengen Crown Lounge.

Flying Blue members pay a discounted fee:

  • Explorer: 10% discount
  • Silver: 25% discount

Are you a Flying Blue Platinum or Gold member, and do you want to bring more than 1 guest? You can do so at a 25% discount. Please note that we welcome a maximum of 9 passengers per booking to our lounges. This also applies to group bookings.

Purchasing Crown Lounge access

In most cases, you can directly purchase lounge access when booking your ticket, via My Trip, or during check-in. Note, though: this is based on availability. When purchasing it online, you’ll receive a EUR 10 discount!

You can also arrange access to the Crown Lounges upon entrance. Make sure you can pay by Miles or credit card, as paying with cash upon entrance is not possible.
